Your response strikes me as self-contradictory. On the one hand, you suggest I shouldn’t be rubbing anyone’s nose in their mediocrity. On the other, you say psychological extremes can be given high value only in so far as they’re offset by the mundane.
So how are you not likewise condescending to extroverts, who would rather not see themselves as backgrounds needed to highlight the efforts of less mundane, more introspective individuals?
