Yes, there are other philosophies. But if someone disagrees with naturalism and secular humanism, chances are that that person will be more sympathetic to the Christ of faith and Christianity's miracle and creedal claims. In that case, those disagreements take center stage, and again the question of Jesus' historicity pales by comparison.
