Yes, the aggravating Protestants and Catholics. I'd be curious to know what exactly informed their view that faith can be reconciled with reason. Was it fear of leaving reason to the devil or to heretics? How Machiavellian was their casuistry? Are you thinking of drawing up a chart on faith vs reason in the Church? That would be great to see.

This article is the start of a series I'm doing on those 20 theistic arguments, although I won't cover them all. I've written several others already, though.

As to why this article got some extra visibility, I take the process effectively to be as random as winning the lottery. Certainly, there's nothing meritocratic about the algorithmic or democratic sorting of contents.
