Yeah, I don't know the extent to which aesthetic judgments converge or are inter-subjective. There are some broad agreements, such as on movie reviews. Experts are quick to agree on which movies are made with artistic aspirations in mind, and which are cynical cash grabs. Experts converge on their lists of the greatest films. Likewise, there are canons of great paintings, poems, songs, and so on. There are outliers, of course, and maybe some different schools of thought, but there's also some broad agreement, especially on the distinction between fine art and hackery.

But this is complicated by the recent turn to identity politics and political correctness. Everyone's supposed to have his or her turn in the sun now, regardless of real quality, so the canons betray the bias of rich white men, and so forth.
