Wouldn't an insane person who clings the most to unrealistic fantasies have the most faith of all? As Hebrews 11 explains, those with faith are supposed to suffer in this life for their utopian expectations that are never apparently fulfilled. You have faith in things unseen, not seen. Likewise, the insane person trusts in hallucinations. So what's the difference between religious faith and psychosis?
