Whether Nietzsche committed certain fallacies is independent of whether he cites historical evidence. Indeed, the genetic fallacy requires that the fallacy be couched in a historical narrative.

I'm also pointing out that Nietzsche seems to have missed the fact that the weak are often more creative, inspired, and original than the decadent masters of the earth. The warrior spirit may be more assertive, but this type is liable to be corrupted by the power that he or she acquires with that self-assertion. That's what Nietzsche missed: both the weak and the strong have their modes of corruption, and creativity is based on hardship, not on success.
