What philosophy are you talking about? Mine? Liberalism? Secular humanism?

Our species is certainly flawed and arguably self-destructive. But the emergence of personhood is still bizarre and sacred (tragically heroic) in the context of animals and physical constructs that are slaves to natural selection and mathematical principles.
