That's an interesting thought, about the utility of certain vices in politics. Certainly, a conscience might be a burden when dealing with enemies, although Nietzsche interpreted morality as just another ploy, based on resentment. Sociopathy would come in handy in sales and thus in politics, as would the ability to lie without reservation. Real politics isn't for everyone, which is why woke identity politics isn't likely to go far.
