Well said, and I agree. Science is our best set of methods for obtaining objective knowledge. But what is it to be objective, when the model is bound to simplify and to interpret things in a way that's useful beyond just being falsifiable? Subjectivity enters the picture here when a theory helps us understand the world as opposed to just enabling us to track and to measure real patterns.
