Well, I mock and criticize both sides. The tribal thing to do is to sanctify your side and demonize the other. The objective, philosophical trick is to be above the fray and to see what's wrong with practically everything, to think like the author of Ecclesiastes.

I'm not sure what you mean by "neoliberal." No one really calls themselves that. I think it's the progressives who want the sexes to be equal in all respects. Neoliberalism is just free market ideology combined with cosmopolitan values.
