Well, I appreciate the lengthy analysis and repudiation of conservatism. It's a bit of a tangent, but I think we're on the same page there.

I've written numerous takedowns of conservatism that might interest you. By my reckoning, there's no such thing as conservative thought or philosophy. The whole thing reduces, in effect, to social Darwinism which entails that philosophy or reason more broadly is pointless.
