Was it ethnic cleansing when the Allies wanted to eliminate all Nazis?

What distinctive ethnicity do the "Palestinians" have, by the way? What "race" are you talking about? The ancient Romans made up the idea of "Palestine" as an insult against Jews, to disassociate the region from them after the Jewish-Roman wars. The area was previously called "Judea."

I'm not justifying the violence. I'm pointing out that wars are all outside the bounds of morality, and that the laws of war are conceits.
