Those are some fine names. I'll have to research them further before I write on them. But it would be great to test my hypothesis on those figures. The question for me is the extent to which modern conservatism reduces to social Darwinism, the non-obnoxious conservative principles or premises being extraneous and merely propagandistic or essential rather to liberalism or to modernity as such.
