In any case, I'm Gen X too, so I can see how plainly the chasing after these meaningless or fake tokens on social media (claps or likes, etc) is part of a sad addiction.

Did you notice the postscript I added to this article? It should hardly be surprising that as soon as Garcia discovered this article, he blocked me on Medium. Out of sight, out of mind. We're all supposed to think positively to be happy, according to Garcia. Meanwhile, his schtick just makes me sad. How ironic.
