This comment sounds like it's directed towards Dan Foster and his ten arguments for Christian theism. I'm the one criticizing those arguments.

But yes, arguing for theism is different than arguing for Christianity. This leads to the problem of the multiplicity of religions. There's also a difference between arguing for a powerful First Cause and arguing for God or for theism, as I point out in the article.
