This atheistic argument is only a part of the worldview I present in my writings, though. I also argue for pantheism and I speculate on the prospects of transhumanism (as the culmination of secular humanism). So I don't think atheism is necessarily opposed to any conception of sacredness. Indeed, I also talk about the importance of countercultures that are led by neo-shamanic idealists who envision the sacred. The atheist just denies the existence of a personal source of the universe. Everything else is still up for grabs.
