There's a difference, though, between intentions and the effects of your preferred policies. You can intend to be a champion for freedom, especially in the negative sense of freedom as being the lack of coercion. But then you can support policies that unintentionally limit freedom in the positive sense (the freedom to fulfill your potential). That's the problem with libertarianism, as I explain in other articles, such as the ones below.
