There are numerous meanings of "sacred." I write elsewhere about pantheism, for instance. See the link below for the definitions, some of which have to do with reverence rather than specifically with God. In a strict sense, sacredness would imply theism, but there are broader, more neutral senses that would apply to "spiritual" or existentially deep atheists.
