That's not what I mean by "elites." I'm talking about neoshamanic visionaries, including artists, philosophers, gurus, and yes, revolutionary freedom-fighters. I'm not talking about financial elites since they'd more likely be corrupted by their dominance. No, I'm talking about elites in the existential, big-picture historical context: elite or excellent in reckoning with our existential predicament.
