That's an obnoxious first paragraph. You don't bother reading the whole dialogue, but you're sure we're so lost and confused that we don't know what a brain or intelligence is? That's dumb.

Most of the rest of your comment restates things I've said in countless articles, the main difference being that I don't commit the naturalistic fallacy by presuming that the brain's inherent, evolved goals (of maximizing pleasure, etc) are automatically best from a moral or culturally mature standpoint.
