That's an interesting question. He teaches in the areas of psychology, cognitive science, and Buddhist psychology, at least. It's odd, though, that there's still no wiki page that clarifies his credentials.

Regardless of his degrees, though, I don't think he's a charlatan, like Jordan Peterson. Vervaeke seems quite well-read. He knows his stuff when it comes to cognitive science, philosophy, and religion. But it would be interesting if he was trained only in philosophy.
