That's a lot of apologetical name-dropping, but you're sort of preaching to the converted. I critique secular modernity, too, and I argue for pantheism and existentialism rather than eliminativist, dehumanizing materialism.
I see no reason, though, to submit to an ancient creed since it's bound to be archaic, especially if it's interpreted as something other than the summary of a fiction. We tell stories about ultimate matters, and we learn about the facts by objectifying them with science and math. Maybe you're right that we're heading for another paradigm shift in science. But if Christians will be able to lay claim to that revolution in our understanding of ourselves and nature, it will be because that religion is cheaply unfalsifiable, like any other fan club that prizes some myths/powerful fictions.
