That doesn't engage with my criticisms of Craig's epistemological remarks.

Dawkins' point about simplicity is usually that, contrary to medieval theology, God can't be so metaphysically simple that his existence wouldn't require further explanation. This comes up in the cosmological argument which says that the universe is complex enough to require a prior cause, but the first cause named "God" is substantively simple so God doesn't require a cause. Dawkins' point, then, is that God can't be simple if he's also a mind that plans, designs, creates, judges, loves, and so on.
