Thanks. Would you say that the neofeudal aspects of late-modern capitalism are accidental? I suspect they represent, rather, a resurgence of natural power dynamics (the law of oligarchy, egoism, the corruption of elites, etc.), since what we call social progress is anomalous in nature. This is sort of a conservative premise, except that I stop short of affirming the conservative's social Darwinism. (I wrote a series of articles here on that.) Natural norms aren't necessarily good, even if societal progress is unrealistic and short-lived.
