So your point seems to be that no one deserves anything objectively or as far as physics is concerned. That’s like saying nothing is physical, because sociology or political science doesn’t focus on physical properties.

Just because the rest of nature doesn’t care about our creations doesn’t mean those creations are unreal. We invent things like cars, computers, and baseball. Are those inventions unreal? Is there no real answer as to which side wins in a baseball game? Morality may be subjective, but that doesn’t entail there’s no real difference between right and wrong. There’s clearly a difference between the behaviour of a saint and of a serial killer.

Nations do receive punishments for war crimes and the like (as in the Nuremberg trials), but the system of international justice is far from perfect because there’s no world government. Not sure how this bears on the question of whether anyone deserves anything.
