I'm not interested in what conservatives say they believe or want. I'm interested only in the systematic social effects of their actual policies, and those effects aren't "pro-life." Hence, that label is a PR stunt. Given what tends to happen as a result of conservative policies, as I laid out in the article, conservatives don't support life in general.
