Saying that objectivity is really subjective because it's held inside a subject or a mind, as a "first person perspective," is like saying a flashlight doesn't illuminate anything beyond the person who holds it. That's fallacious.
The universe is entirely mindless at the fundamental level, including the atoms that comprise us, according to science.
The comparison between the universe and the human body is weak because our body evolved to support our nervous system. Our head is of central importance in terms of the functions of our body parts. None of that applies to the relation between the universe and the organisms that evolve within it, according to science. The rest of the galaxy has no input on the evolution of life on our planet.
