Right, the point about patriarchy seems stronger than the racial one. But African dictatorships aren't often independent of Western support. And African and Asian dictatorships are usually run by men, so that's consistent with the bulk of my thesis.
Obviously, the Scandinavian democracies are exceptions that prove the rule because the rule I'm talking about was operational for thousands of years all around the world. The civilizational rule is patriarchy with corruption at the top. I'm explaining that by positing sociopathy in men that's more egregious than women's capacity for anti-social behaviour.
The secondary thesis is the racial part, which I don't say much about in the article. It would be matter of comparing different cultures, such as individualistic vs collectivist ones. I didn't go into that survey here.
