Right, so where does it say I was talking about the whole planet, including China or Africa? I had in mind mainly the places where men rule, and secondarily those where "Whites" rule (since I say relatively little about that cultural aspect of the inequality).

Are China and Africa patriarchal? If so, my hypothesis might apply there, minus the reference to Whiteness (since it's a two-part hypothesis). I hardly claim to have demonstrated that my hypothesis applies to every corner of the world. I merely posit that differential anti-sociality might be part of the explanation of the dynamics of social domination. It's not so counterintuitive, is it? The controversial part is in the details. Is there one group that's more anti-social than others, such as men and especially "White" men?
