Presumably, the CIA could assassinate an obese man in lots of ways, such as by poisoning his cheeseburger. But my point here isn't to talk so much about an actual assassination that ought to happen. Instead, the point is that because such an assassination would nevertheless be reasonable, this means the conservative "philosophy" behind the Supreme Court's presidential immunity ruling is self-defeating, making conservatism an incoherent disgrace.
