Nope, the privilege belongs to the complacent social justice warriors since they sully themselves by complaining about bogus infractions, whereas true liberals who respect freedom of speech won't abuse platforms in that way, so they're at a disadvantage.
Far from being opposed to anyone for criticizing my articles, I've responded to some 8,500 comments on Medium. The double standard enters the picture because only some types of people are shameless and petty enough to abuse a platform's rules, and when the platform obliges, we see the irony of systemic injustice (censorship) caused by the so-called advocates for social justice. This is a warping of the liberal sense of justice.
The line was drawn here by the Trust and Safety Team that seemed to treat wokeness itself (in the pejorative sense) as a protected category (since I didn't vilify anyone on conservative grounds). That would be lamely illiberal. The reason the line is there is to protect some fragile egos. Mine's not so fragile, which is why I don't complain about name-calling.
