My point was that porn stars still have sex for money. Pornography is regulated now, but it wasn't always so. Prostitution could be regulated too, as I said. There's an obvious downside to prostitution, whether it's illegal or legal. And there's a downside to the proliferation of pornography and of art.

Wallowing in misery isn't the same as pointing out that the dark side exists. That's especially so when the consumer society that prefers to look on the bright side is the primary culprit. Optimism can be a blinder that sustains the creation of society's ills.
