Maybe, but the God of the philosophers might be a misnomer. That abstract "God" might be a deity in name only. It depends on how "God" is defined, of course. If personhood is crucial to the sort of deity that divides theists and atheists, then the impersonal "God" of intellectuals needn't bother atheists.
