Philosophical truth isn't as clearcut as some would prefer it to be, but I've also written against relativism, nihilism, and the like. I do think there's such a thing as objective truth. Explaining what it is is another matter. For example, the correspondence theory of truth is problematic.

And again, there's self-deception to consider.
