It's none of my business, but I'd ask how old you are, and whether you've voted in all the elections in which you were eligible to vote.

There's certainly identity politics on both sides, but the notion that the Democrats and Republicans currently are equally racist is unsupportable.

That subsidy for Black farmers is a case of affirmative action that's supposed to help make up for years of systemic discrimination against Black farmers. From the Washington Post: "$5 billion would go to farmers of color, who have lost 90 percent of their land over the past century because of systemic discrimination and a cycle of debt."

So you sound to me like an unlikely voter or a Republican posing as an independent to make yourself seem more objective and interested in the issues than you really are. But again, it's none of my business.
