It's interesting how Peterson shies away from identifying with Christian dogmas. His Jungian and evolutionary psychological perspectives cast doubt on exoteric Christianity, yet his business as a right-wing demagogue pulls him in the opposite direction. So he's caught having to talk himself into a pretzel on the subjects of theism and of whether religions should be socially empowered.
