Instead of replying in detail to the remainder of your comments here, I'm going to write a follow-up article on the current state of "neoclassical economics" in relation to neoliberalism and to the eclectic model-building in economics.

I can't help but point out, however, how disappointing is your ongoing appeal to that Gilson comment. You seem to have googled my name to try to dig up some dirt on me, and you found Gilson's remark and just trusted it over my word when I said I did no such thing. You seem not to have read my exchanges with him. If you'd read Gilson, you'd know that that's his kneejerk response to any competently-made criticism of his brand of Christianity. He always says they're ignoring his actual argument. He said that numerous times in the comment sections of his blog, when he was still writing articles there. That's his excuse for fleeing the battlefield.

You've dodged my questions here, which doesn't speak well for you. Are you an Evangelical Christian? Did you vote for Trump? I ask because that's one of only two reasons I can think of for why you trusted Gilson's lame defense. Either you gave only a cursory reading of the exchange and you were looking for any kind of dirt on me that you could present, or you sympathize with Gilson's perspective. I suspect it's the former, but it could be the latter, and the latter is worse.

One other point: I'm not American, so I couldn't vote for the likes of Sanders even if I wanted to. Moreover, I repudiate the woke left culture of the US almost as much as I eviscerate Trumpism and the Republicans.
