In so far as the human body is part of nature, he'd be open to transhumanism, to improving the body with technology, given his pragmatic view of science. That's the clear implication, anyway.
He might also be open to technocracy, as in the Chinese police state, which uses technology to manipulate the masses. But don't forget the first link in the chain of his ideology (as I put it): neoliberalism. He's philosophically (not scientifically) committed to liberal, Western culture, not to collectivism or dictatorships.
