I'm saying that deism that collapses into theism or into atheism.

What does Joyce have to do with it? Was James Joyce an agnostic?

My view is that "agnosticism" can be defined in different ways, as I discuss in the article. Some of those ways might be defensible. But generally, so-called skeptical agnosticism is due to confusion, the source of which is Huxley's scientism. What's really at issue here is the conflict between theism and atheism.
