I'm not sure that kind of humanism is dominant. There's liberal secular humanism or centrism which shades off into neoliberalism. Then there are the feminine and masculine wings that went their own ways after the breakup of new atheism as a media-created movement. These wings are first the progressive cancel culture of spoiled, smug, decadent professionals and overprotected youngsters, and second, the intellectual dark web that shades off into Trumpian neofascists and conservative troglodytes.

But maybe you're saying you'd like to see compassionate humanism taking the lead. Nice guys finish last, though.
