It's science that discovers nature's wild creativity, as in chaos theory and quantum mechanics.
And a God of "order" isn't the same as a God of love.
I see no reason to stretch the meaning of "love" into a sappy metaphor just to accommodate the platitude in question (that God is love). If gravity's love, what's dark energy, Satanic resistance? And how could divine love be responsible for Satanic evil?
To say that God's beyond our understanding is to dismiss personifications and metaphors like "God is love."
