I'm aware of Lulu, but I figure that if you're going to go to the trouble of self-publishing, you might as well sell the books on Amazon. I think Lulu books can be sold on Amazon, but I doubt the integration would be as good. Also, I dont know if Lulu's review process would be smoother. But I don't know much about Lulu, so maybe I'll look into it more for the next anthology.
