I'd define it here loosely as the type of capitalism that leads smoothly to plutocracy. So it's capitalism that invites the takeover of government functions by private interests, whether through privatization or regulatory capture. It's also capitalism without much of a social safety net, so it creates some billionaires and monopolies which then consolidate their power with an army of lobbyists and lawyers.

The psychological motive of selfishly pursuing money above all else might be a precondition of this system.
