I think this blind spot is very suspicious indeed, for the reasons I lay out in the article. Not only is Peterson an expert specifically on personality (and thus on personality disorders), but he's supposed to have a special interest in totalitarianism and oppressive regimes.

Meanwhile, he rails against the woke Left for its Big Brother tendencies, while he ends up normalizing the most grossly authoritan president the US has ever had, one who tried to hang onto power with a coup, one who sided with Putin over the US intelligence community, prefers authortarian regimes to democracies, and obviously has content for all Americans who don't swear fealty to his cult of personality.

To say that Peterson lacks intellectual integrity is an understatement.
