I think there's some inconsistency in saying that "Nature is not absurd in its actions," and that "Nature itself needs no meaning." The lack of inherent meaning is the absurdity.

Our ignorance sustains the subjective, myth-based meanings we posit because we can't fathom the deep naturalness of everything that happens (because the interconnected causes overload our mental capacities).
