I think concepts matter more than labels. If we think well, we'll look for better labels.
Arbitrarily preventing white males from occupying positions of power, and somehow transferring power to women and dark-skinned people is an illiberal (sexist and racist), utopian fantasy. I understand the sentiment and the urge for payback. Alas, those older generations are long gone, so punishing descendants for the sins of the forefathers would be grotesque.
What we should do instead is foster a society that empowers everyone to do what they want or what they're best at, and let the chips fall where they may until the human rights of the losers are endangered, and the resulting power inequalities begin to rig the playing field. I agree that capitalism leads to that sort of rigging. But gender and skin colour are irrelevant to setting up regulations to curb those regressive tendencies of capitalism.
