I take your overall point about the need to reframe the debate, but I was just raising a semantic challenge. There's the possibility of making a category error with the new labels. I remember when Daniel Dennett proposed renaming atheists or secularists as "Brights." it didn't really catch on.

Anyway, the new labels would have to make sense based on their meanings. Religion encompasses more than myths, stories, or creeds. It includes rituals, members, and institutions.
