I like the way the tiny messages sent out by trolls matches the size of their brains. It’s a synchronicity, don’t you think, troll?

Strolling through your rinky-dink responses on Medium, I can’t help but notice it’s just a few short words here and a few words there— never enough to make any sense or to be relevant or to avoid being fallacious. Always just barely enough to try to provoke a reaction. It’s funny how the troll’s insincerity expresses itself with such brevity.

Indeed, it’s as though once the troll starts to think for real, he can’t help but realize he has no idea what he’s talking about and doesn’t actually understand anything he’s reading. That would be too frightening a revelation, so it’s better to put on a pretense of smugness and confine yourself to empty, snide remarks.

Needless to say, then, your comment is meaningless, indecipherable, irrelevant, etc. But I thank you for the opportunity to riff awhile on the antics of trolls.
