I haven't looked too hard, but I suspect that Medium's conservative publications are divided into the repellent Trumpian ones, and more moderate ones that have hardly any readers. Presumably, most readers of Medium are liberal rather than conservative, so it's slim pickings if you're looking for interesting criticisms of liberalism. Then again, most of those readers aren't interested in reading about philosophy or religion, and I'm still writing in those areas.
