I have no illusions about shutting Peterson down. That would be asinine. Do you think Peterson thinks he can singlehandedly shut down the transgender surgery practice? But he's just nobly speaking his opinion, whereas I'm a deranged keyboard warrior, right? No, we're all just expressing our opinion, aren't we?
Peterson wasn't so clear on whether he agrees that transgender surgery should be allowed even for adults, which critics have found revealing. I suspect Peterson's right, though, about the bar being too low in the case of child surgeries. I've written against wokeness in general, contrary to your stereotype (links below). Peterson's deranged tone goes far beyond that interview, however. It's just demagogery and scientistic resentment, as I argue below (bottom link).
